Exclusions

• GST if not mentioned in the cost

• All personal expenses like tips, laundry, telephone calls/fax, alcoholic beverages, camera/video camera fees at monuments, medical expenses, airport departure tax etc.

• Anything not mentioned under Package Inclusions.

• Entrance fees at all monuments and sightseeing spots

• Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, and roadblocks and/or any factors beyond control.

• Airfare if not mentioned in the itinerary

• Item of personal nature viz, tips, laundry, room service, telephone, alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages, room heaters, boat rides, pony / horse rides, safaris, rafting, skiing, skating, cable car / ropeway rides, helicopter rides, additional sightseeing tours excursions not included in the itinerary, still or video camera fees etc.

• Any kind of insurance, Air, Train or Bus fare from / to your originating city of stay, unless specified

• Lunch and personal expenses like entry ticket any, telephone laundry, or anything which is not mentioned above.

• Any Tax & Government Service tax (5%)

• Any Kind of Personal Expenses or Optional Tours / Extra Meals Ordered

• Anything not specifically mentioned under the head “Prices included”. The services of vehicle are not included on leisure days & after finishing the sightseeing tour as per the itinerary

• Additional costs due to flight cancellation, road blocks etc.

• Medical & Travel insurance

• Gondola tickets must be booked online only through the official website.

• Entry tickets are required for all gardens, monuments, Betaab Valley, and Aru Valley.

• Local sightseeing in Pahalgam (Aru, Betaab Valley, Chandanwari) is done by local vehicles only.

• Visits to Thajiwas Glacier and Zero Point in Sonamarg depend on local transport availability.

• Snow jeep transfers may be required in Gulmarg and Sonamarg during heavy snowfall.

• All optional activities are payable directly by guests.

• No outside vehicles are allowed inside the main Gulmarg area due to local restrictions.

• The company is not responsible for any dealings between clients and local vendors, pony walas, or local guides.

• Shikara ride is for one hour only, if included in the package.

• Guests must follow the provided itinerary; for any changes or clarification, they should contact the concerned office representative.

• Vehicles on disposal basis operate from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, covering one sightseeing point per day.

• For night stays in Gulmarg, the vehicle will drop guests at the hotel; for day trips, drop-off will be at the parking area.

• Mineral water is chargeable in houseboats.

• During heavy snowfall, vehicles for Sonamarg travel only up to Gagangir; if night stay is booked, accommodation will be arranged in Srinagar with a day visit to Sonamarg.

• Guests must make direct payments for the following:

1. In Pahalgam: Horse riding, Chandanwari, Betaab Valley, Aru Valley, Baisaran Valley

2. In Gulmarg: Horse riding, Gondola ride, Zorbing, adventure sports

3. In Sonamarg: Thajiwas Glacier, Horse riding, Zero Point
